  • Saving Declaration Form at the beginning of the Financial Year
  • Collection of document(s) to support Saving Declaration Form before the end of the Financial Year
  • Annexure for each employee along with the supporting document only if there is a variable or cash component in the Salary Break up
  • Update on any other taxable payments like Bonus, Incentive paid to employee
  • Update on any change in pay structure of current employee
  • Update on any employee joining the organization with Date of Joining and their Salary Break up
  • Update on any employee leaving the organization with Date of Resignation
